The Holy Exaltation

Exodus 20:2,3,4 nkjv

2"I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.

3You shall have no other gods before Me.

4You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in the heavens above, on earth below, or in the waters beneath.5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on their children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6 but showing loving devotion to a thousand generations of those who love Me and keep My commandments.

I was reminded so lovingly during worship that we are worshipping Jesus and Jesus alone. It is not random not just with lips and eyes service but in sincerity. Spirit and truth. When You know we are worshipping You truly in our hearts honestly. Moving into this place daily. I'll admit our intimacy can get awkward when there are distractions around us trying to steal our focus. I know we can get past these things and worship You in Exaltation. To exalt You because You are worthy because You ae God. I want to get to the point that I hate my sin. I hate it so much I can feel it that I am hopeless lifeless without You.

I can't do a thing on my own apart from You. I love righteousness. When do I allow my sin to turn into unrighteousness? Where is my just in my way back to righteousness.

To seek the righteous ways of the Lord Our God.

I will exalt thee always.
