Frez Freedom

Freedom a topic of much study and idea through centuries. Freedom is this concept that we as humanity have longed and had victory both failures in both discovering and possessing.

Freedom is what I understand to be this larger than life beautiful yet not easy thing. It is more than an idea it is a state of being it is a way in which are.

One does not possess freedom in a way we just are in a free society. However, freedom and its two-sided paradigm is something that we cannot deny that people and nations fought for.

Freedom carries the same yearning to be found in some as power. Both are interesting ideas and topics. I think the frenzy of freedom is what happens when we wrongly understand and misplace its true meaning and value. This is my understanding in this particular moment and as I mature in thought and being I hope that to change.

Now from faith to faith, from freedom to freedom; I understand the same battle I understand the trials and tribulations that come as freedom matures so does faith. That is if we have faith.

Do we pursue faith to pursue power. What is the source of our power and our freedom what lies and labels are we believing? Faith. Freedom. I am yet a woman and in that I accredit everything I know now to be true to experiencing humanity through my own lenses.

To empathize that which is real to others. Relating is a human condition that not all of us do or have. I accredit my experiences to the grace given to me by God in the large picture. This does not mean there are many things and people that have been a part of that journey. The components of one's lifetime and one's freedom, I used to like to call it “infrastructure”.

Infrastructure I don’t really believe in labels because there are many components to a human's life. We all have them just like God does. I can be a daughter, a mother, a writer, a preacher, a boxer, a freedom fighter, a mercenary. So many things why are we like to label, we label what we cannot understand it makes us more comfortable.

Labels are a human's way of expressing “I do not understand you” and when I can place you with this label, I am more comfortable with your existence.

Why throughout history do we label? Labels are not truths all the time and sometimes they are our way of trying to make sense of what is not or makes sense of the unknown. Humans and I are not easily comforted by the unknown.

That is why many do not like faith. It is the belief of things not yet seen. To have faith as a currency you must have belief of things not yet made manifest. This also applies to all principals, fruits, and virtues. Hope, love, peace, patience, goodness, faithfulness, kindness, joy, self-control. Self-control is strategically the last fruit of the Spirit and I am starting to know why. Let me hunger for your word, your ways, your worship. May you teach the kingdom principals. People are never after your pride they are after your power and how to possess it, which is why we try to consume identity, by strategic carefully thought through anti you repellent. I think…the best antidote to anti you be you.

As I ponder these things let it be according to your will. Not my will but Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
