Decisions everything comes down to our decisions. What I choose. What I chose. All the decisions I decided to make. All the decisions to make in a single day and my entire life. Being at the post of a decision maker. That's great and all but now I must choose. Choose wisely. Choose Christ pleasingly.
How do my choices affect the King of Kings? How do my decisions affect me and the entire world around me and all the other places I have yet to be. All the good life I have yet to live.
My words and actions coming to the peaceful recompense place of agreement. I have thought I have considered I have prayed and now I am ready to decide.
I chose.
The most resilient people are those who have lived through the most peculiar and devastating tragedies. The strongest people who have walked the earth. In the most ordinary impactful way. They have done something so naturally that most people cannot fathom speaking out loud in a room.
They have decided or refused to be a victim even if they wanted to it may have even been warranted. They decided not to.
Say that ten times really fast looking at someone who you know walked through fire and only became more beautiful because of it. The fire that was their life.
It burned and it danced.
They embraced that fire in a way that you cannot take your eyes off of it. It may of even drove you closer to Christ. Their life changed everything around it as soon as it was spoken. It had that kind of power.
It was rich. That type of rich that money could never buy. The type of life that was more than worthy. All unintentional and natural. Written by God Almighty Himself.
What are you choosing with the life that you have in front of you? What has burned in your life and has become the beauty that transformed you and everything else around you?
For the better.
Jesus Christ Forevermore
A woman of God who chose.
