RevivaL letter The Prophets

Revival Letter The Prophets

To be revived. Revival. Jesus Christ. His Prophets. His Children.

As I sat in thought today about this word "revival" in a place where lights are bright and unmistakable.

To even know the word revival is a blessing. We use this word that often throughout generations and currently it is felt. We can live in this word and I'm not sure we should? To come closer to Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit. To be revived, implies one was dead, something died, something was lost that was of great value.

A grieving of the most beloved.

There is a sense of the grieving perhaps of the lies we believe, believed, about ourselves, others, and this big world we're a part of.

Father as I write this letter, I know I do break your heart every day! Yet they come to You unknowingly and demand revival. Are we really so far from Your heart? Do we even know what we're doing? Do we even care? I am not sure the entire gravity of our sin, but I know its large.

Only You know. To You, may we all I most of all stops breaking Your heart and may we turn back to Your heart. That repent would be a word that is connected to our hearts. That we no longer have to ask these questions. New life.

Are we ready to be revived? May we continue to grow. May we keep them close. And May we truly desire to know You and not only know You, but to actually LOVE YOU! I know the word that we get choked up about. Powerful.

Let it be, and that love become more real than the oxygen we breath. Because it is. That in the midst of all the shifts of this world, that You Father are working Your Word. And that Words has been sealed before the day I came into this world. When I look in the mirror, I want to see you. Let my heart cry out to be revived to that place where my heart is broken when Yours is.
