Transformed By ...

Romans 12: 2 nkjv

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

To be not conformed. That is a very strong word and world. We are literally battling the undoing of something. We are undoing what we are taught and know as normal. It is the complete opposite of everything we see and know. It may feel like the birthing of a more powerful word faith.

Now we are grabbing this faith that we hear because we now know that faith comes by hearing the Word of God. We get to this awesome spot where we allow this faith and Word transform our mind. That this divine transformation is blossoming in our minds. We are flourishing in our minds as the truth from His Word takes root. The power of His word now penetrates our minds. As our minds are renewed in this truth something else miraculous happens….

We are now able to not only prove but to know what that good and acceptable will of God is. This is not some generic thing. We step into the reality that God has a perfect will and purpose for each and every one of us.

That to know Him is to also know the truth about who we are. That we are not just random, from such and such house and family. We are His and this greater providence is happening. A greater hidden truth of who we are. This truth He faithfully holds for us without us usually realizing it, but we are being transformed into the deepness of His will. The rich layers of who He is, and we have this joyous beauty a story of knowing who we are in that. We are His beloved sons and daughters.

I write this as a truth for us to meditate on to pray about. Like sweet honey to the soul. Nourishing and fruitful. Be blessed and may we keep ourselves in the love of God.
